By accessing or using the Sinful Success Academy website ("Site"), services, programs, mentorship tiers, digital products, or any related content (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, applicants, members, and customers of the Site and Services. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Sinful Success Academy, a Sinful You™ initiative operated by Corina Hutchcraft.

2. Eligibility

Sinful Success Academy provides:

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, income, or business success from participating in any tier or program.

We make no guarantees that the Services will meet your expectations, produce specific results, or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Participation in any program is at your own risk.

6. Products & Purchases

Certain products and services may be available for purchase through the Site. All purchases are subject to the following:

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

• All sales are subject to our Refund & Return Policy (see Section 7)

7. Refund & Return Policy

Digital Products & Mentorship: Due to the nature of digital content and personalized mentorship services, all sales of digital products, guides, and mentorship sessions are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted or a session has been scheduled.

Physical Products: Physical product purchases are subject to our standard Refund & Return Policy. Products may ship from third-party facilities. Please review the specific return policy at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

8. Third-Party Links & Resources

The Site contains links to third-party websites, organizations, and resources (including but not limited to the SBA, SCORE, hotlines, and affiliate partners). These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes only.

We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

Some links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through them. This does not affect the price you pay.

9. Safety Resources Disclaimer

Safety resources, hotline numbers, and crisis information are provided for awareness and support purposes only. Sinful Success Academy does not provide emergency services, legal advice, medical guidance, counseling, or security services.

If you are in immediate danger, contact 911 or your local emergency services. We are not liable for any actions taken or not taken based on the safety information provided on this Site.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, guides, course materials, and digital products — is the property of Sinful Success Academy / Sinful You™ and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product or enrolling in a program grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use that content for your own purposes only.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sinful Success Academy, Sinful You™, Corina Hutchcraft, and any affiliates, officers, employees, agents, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of the Services, regardless of the theory of liability.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sinful Success Academy, Sinful You™, Corina Hutchcraft, and any affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
